My journey began in 2002 with community-building at its core. From grassroots networking to national-scale conventions, I have worked across HR, marketing, startups, women leadership, finance and more, shaping spaces where voices are heard and impact is real.

From 2020 to 2024, I led the creation of multi-sector Intellectual Properties in partnership with BW Businessworld, designing platforms that celebrated excellence and catalyzed ideas across India’s business and leadership landscape.
